- Understanding client requirements and customising it as per need
- Initiating novel and creative ideas for events
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the client
- Researching venues, contacts and suppliers
- Booking venues, entertainment, equipment and supplies if required
- Marketing the event
- Monitoring and supervising the schedule as planned to ensure smooth execution of planned events
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed
- Initiating a Recognition program to reward winners
